Scalable & Reusable Trade Show
Booth Solution for JKF Americas

Client: JKF Americas (JK Fenner)

Objective

JKF Americas needed a booth solution that could travel easily. With many industry events scheduled in different US cities, they wanted a single system that would work at all locations rather than creating a new booth each time.

Issue / Work in Which They Needed Help

Creating one effective booth is simple. However, achieving the same brand presence across five cities, with different floor plans and budgets, without starting over each time is more challenging. JKF Americas needed a partner who could plan this from start to finish: design a flexible system for various spaces and manage the fabrication, shipping, and setup in each location.

Their Requirements

  • Cost-effective across multiple events
  • Reusable and easy to transport
  • Adaptable to varying booth sizes and floor plans
  • Consistent in brand presentation across locations
  • Quick to install and dismantle

How We Helped / What We Did

We created a booth design that uses reusable parts like panels, structures, and branding elements. This allows us to change the layout for different events without needing to build everything from scratch each time. We also teamed up with the right fabrication partners and managed production quality ourselves. We coordinated shipping and installation in each city. JKF Americas had a single point of contact for the entire process, so they didn’t have to coordinate with different vendors at each location.

Outcome

  1. One modular system reused across multiple US cities and floor plans.
  2. Consistent brand presentation at every event, with no fresh design cost each time.
  3. Faster installation/dismantling at each venue.
  4. Single point of contact for JKF Americas instead of multiple vendors.
